Undoubtedly, art increases our focus, creativity and the motivation for change. That is why UN's Sustainable Development Goals have been interpreted by 17 well-known and acknowledged danish poster artists in collaboration with Chora Connection.

The official danish Sustainable Development Goals posters is a visual reminder for us all, institutions, companies and individual people to strive for UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals in our daily life.

UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals were adopted in 2015 by the world's leaders at the summit in New York.

UN's Sustainable Development Goals are often discussed in political circumstances. However, the goals should also be considered by us, individuals, regularly and a way to do so is to include the Sustainable Development Goals posters as part of the decoration. By doing so, we actively choose to visually be reminded that the world is big and that all of us have a responsibility to fight for a more sustainable future by including these goals in our daily life.

For example, I find that the poster for the Sustainable Development Goal no. 16, Peace, justice and strong institutions interpreted by Mervyn Kurlansky., fits the home perfectly. It is important to remember the peace and justice we have in our daily lifes. Also, I find that the poster for the Sustainable Development Goal no. 6, Clean water and sanitation interpreted by Henrik Kubel, is perfect to hang in the bathroom to function as a reminder to limit the amount of water being used in the household and appreciate that we have running water.

I hope that you also find the Sustainable Development Goals posters essential to maintain the focus on sustainable development for the benefit of the population of the world and the well-being of the planet.
